Robbie came out when it was 100 outside and 86 in my house. I was sure it was a fan motor. But I have a great Carrier unit thats 16 years old. I didn’t want a giant company because Im sure they would have tried to sell my a new everything. Robbie made 2 trips on a very busy day, fixed my fan motor for a reasonable price, and didn’t charge me a overtime fee.

This is one of the “Old Fashion and Truly HONEST” companies left. One of my heater units quit blowing hot air. I had not had this problem before so I called a company that advertises all the time and then called Central Alabama Heating and Air. I found out about Central Alabama Heating and Air through the company that provides my propane (my home heats on propane). Anyway they recommended Robbie and provided me the number. The first company was able to come out right away, said I needed a new unit and had the sales guy ready to come first thing the next morning. So Robbie calls me back later that afternoon and I told him who I called……Robbie knew from what I told him, this other crooked company said I needed a new unit. I canceled the sales appointment and Robbie came the next morning. Fixed the unit (just needed some simple part) and my charge was $64.00. I will never use anyone but Central Alabama Heating and Air. Robbie has since service and maintained all of my units for a reasonable price and great service. If you call and it takes a day or two for someone to come to your home, IT IS WORTH THE WAIT.

GRACIE CREASY

We had our heat pump and condenser replaced by these guys. The cost was much lower than others in the area. The service was GREAT! Robby came out and knocked it out in no time, alleviated any fears we had, was great at explaining the process. There was no pressure, no up-selling. He sold us what we needed and did the job expertly and efficiently. I highly recommend you at LEAST call him when you’re looking for somebody to take care of your HVAC needs. He’s our guy going forward!

Central Alabama Heating and Air have been taking care of our HVAC needs for nearly 25 years. They are honest, friendly, prompt, and dependable. On their most recent visit, Robbie came out to check and prepare our aging A/C units for the summer season. We have two, for a two-story house. He carefully washed the units and removed built-up debris. He added a pound of refrigerant. While he was here, I asked him about a brown stain that had appeared on the ceiling of our upstairs office. He went into the attic and discovered an overflow issue with the attic unit. He fixed that, preventing further ceiling damage. I have recommended Central Alabama Heating and Air to everyone I know, including friends, neighbors, people at church, etc. They set the standard for quality work and customer care.
